He began his career as a Sales and Rental Specialist with MetroPolitan Property Group, where he honed his skills in client relations and market analysis. After further refining his expertise at Manhattan Connection and Hecht Group Real Estate, he transitioned into an Independent Broker role, specializing in retail leasing and assisting clients in navigating the complexities of the real estate market.

In 2013, Shalom became the Managing Director of Venture Capital Properties LLC, where he leads strategic real estate investments and development projects. This role allowed him to expand his knowledge in both commercial and residential sectors, guiding projects from concept to completion. In 2021, Shalom took on new challenges as the founder of Designers View/Lentes Flora, combining his passion for design with entrepreneurial expertise to create a distinctive brand in the industry.
